Fused Intent System

The goal is to isolate the goals, beliefs and actions and their interrelations for the actors of a threat situation and use this in a product that can be used by decision/policy makers to make accurate assessments on near future course of actions. Two important considerations must be considered in order to make this project successful. First is to show that the beliefs/goals/actions and their interrelations are constructed intuitively/clearly from the sources and that they accurately model the past and the analyst intuition. Second is devise a partitioning of the problem in a manner that will allow the validators/modelers to fuse those partitions in a multitude of ways in order to model actors one at a time or in combinations for certain time intervals.
