The human brain is capable of simultaneously solving multiple tasks of varying complexity. The goal of this research is to model the high level problem solving capabilities of the brain and build the basis for a novel cognitive architecture that can be utilized in a high performance computing environment. Our efforts involve brain function exploration, multi-agent environment design, and agent communication development.
